Garden Room
This project was an old garden room which was previously used for storage and transformed into a modern summer house.
Studwork was fixed to walls and ceilings in order to insulate and board th entire room. The last step was to get everything skimmed ready for the customer to paint once dry.

Full House
This project was a full-house re-skim. Blue grit was applied to all the walls to control the suction and give added strength and adhesion, ready for the multi-finish to be applied.
Undercoat plaster was applied to the electrical chases, ready for top coat application. Multi-finish plaster was applied to walls and ceilings to give them a flat and smooth surface ready for painting.

Hallway and Landing
This project was the hallway and landing which was taken back to the brick work due to damp issues. Tanking slurry was applied to the brick work on the exterior walls to prevent water ingress, two coats of sand and cement render was then applied to give it that extra protection. After all the prep work the ceilings and walls were then skimmed ready for the decorator.

Garage Conversion
This project was a straight forward skim of a garage conversion. The garage was timber framed and plasterboarded by a building company before we came in and plastered everything.
